How do I register for the conference?

Where will the congress be held?

The congress will be held in Italy, in the towns of Turin and Pollenzo.

On Friday the 23rd the congress will be held at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. 

On Saturday 24th the congress will be held in Turin at the Department of Computer Sciences - Corso Svizzera 185 - 10149 Turin.

On Sunday 25th the congress will be held in the Aula Magna of the University of Turin - Cavallerizza Reale, Via Giuseppe Verdi 9 - 10124 Turin.

How will the transfer between Torino and Pollenzo be organised on Friday 23rd? 

Arrival: You’ll need to arrive from Turin to Bra independently by train. You can check the train schedules under this link

At the Bra train station there will be a shuttle service available that takes you to the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.

 

Return: The last train from Bra to Pollenzo is at 20:31, which is why we will provide a direct bus shuttle from Pollenzo to Turin after the socialising dinner. In case you won’t participate at the socialising dinner make sure to get to the train station in Bra before the last train leaves.

What formats are supported at the conference?

We accept submissions of panels, papers or poster proposals. All activities will be held in presence. 

 

What is the deadline for proposing a panel, paper or poster for the conference programme?

The deadline for the abstract submission is the 24th of July, 2022.

 

Do I need to register for the conference before submitting an abstract?

No, you do not need to register for the conference before you can submit a proposal for the programme. However, if your contribution is accepted, you will then be expected to register and pay the appropriate fee to attend using this link.

 

Can I participate also if I do not submit a paper, poster or similar?

Yes, you can participate as an auditor. To this end, you should register to the Congress using this link.

 

What do the fees include?

The fees include access to all conference facilities at all times, one socialising dinner on Friday and a light lunch on Saturday.

Furthermore, we will provide a bus shuttle service from the Bra train station to Pollenzo and transportation from Pollenzo to Turin on Friday 23rd. 

 

When will you announce the dates and times for sessions?

A full and comprehensive version of the program will be available by the end of August.
